Members of the provisional club of Global Passport are People of Action!!
One member launched a Facebook page called Seniors needing Necessities during Coronavirus, which now has more than 100 volunteers from across Windsor-Essex Ontario, Canada who volunteer their time to shop for and donate supplies to the elderly.
Another volunteers with the Canadian Red Cross helping to repatriate Canadians. At least two others are making masks for those in need in their local communities. Another provided needed supplies to help make masks. Others are partnering with Rotary Club of District 6330 Passport in a COVID 19 project providing face shields to front line workers.
In other parts of the world, Global Passport members are treating patients in their work as front line medical personnel, partnering with food banks to deliver groceries and supplying much needed equipment to battle Covid 19.
It just goes to show that we don’t need to be physically together to be in this together!
